Road Work Report for the Week Beginning April 13, 2026

ONEIDA COUNTY

City of Utica: (Permit) North Genesee Street between Auert Ave and Lee Street. Motorists will encounter a south bound right lane closure with flaggers in place due to Verizon utility work. 

Village of Clinton: (D#265257) Route 12B between Route 233 and Robinson Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place between Furnace Street and Taylor Ave due to landscaping operations and hydrant replacement. 

Village of Whitesboro: (Permit) Route 69 between Route 291 and Clinton Street. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions due to the I-90 bridge construction. 

Town of Marcy: (D#264792) Mohawk Street (Route 922A) between River Road and Main Street. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to repairs to the bridge over the Erie Canal. 

Village of Yorkville: (Permit) Route 5A @ Route 69 overlap. Motorists will encounter shoulder closures due to gas line work. 

Hamlet of West Branch, Town of Lee: (D#265533) Route 26 between River Road and Tuffy Road. Motorists may encounter flagging operations due to house demolition operations.

City of Rome: (Permit) Route 825 between Hangar Road and Route 46. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to the construction of the noise wall.

Town of Verona: (D#265416) Route 365 at Blackmans Corners Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to multi sensor camera, signal and conduit work.

Town of Verona, Hamlet of Durhamville: (D#265659) Route 46 between Center Street and Lafayette Street. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to median reconstruction work. 

Village of Oneida Castle: (Permit) Route 5 between High Bridge Road and Route 46. Motorists will encounter flagging operations due to sign installation and restoration work. 

Village of Oneida Castle: (Permit) Route 365 at 4^th Street. Motorists will encounter possible shoulder closures for sign installation and restoration work. 

Town of New Hartford: (D#265331) Route 5B (Middle Settlement Road) between Route 12B and Route 5. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to fence installation over culvert. 

Town of Boonville: (D#265530) Route 46 between Hillside Road and Holmes Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals and flaggers in place due to cross culvert work and slope failure repairs. 

Town of Lee: (D#265416) Route 26 at Elmer Hill Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to conduit, signal and multi sensor camera work. 

MADISON COUNTY

City of Oneida: (D#215056) Route 46 between Center Street and Cobb Street. Motorists will encounter a full road closure with a signed detour in place due to the replacement of the bridge over I-90. The detour will utilize Routes NY 365A, NY 365, and NY 31.

Town of Georgetown: (D#265331) Route 31 between Muller Hill Road and Chapin Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to the construction of the upcoming detour. 

HERKIMER COUNTY

Village of Herkimer: (D#214922) Route 28 under I-90. Motorists will not encounter lane or shoulder closures under the bridge, all work will be on top of the bridge. 

Town of Stark: (D#265397) Route 168 between Route 80 and Lighthall Road. Motorists will encounter a full road closure with a signed detour in place due to culvert replacement. The detour will utilize Route 80 and Lighthall Road. 

Town of Stark: (D#265571) Route 80 between East Smith Road and Moyer Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to embankment washout repairs. 

City of Little Falls: (D#265330) Route 169 between Rockwell Road and Eatonville Road. Motorists will encounter a full road closure with a signed detour in place due to bridge and culvert replacement. The detour will utilize Route 169, Route 170, and Route 29.

Village of Little Falls: (Permit) Route 167 between Slawson Street and Route 29. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to sewer main installation.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY

Town of St Johnsville: (Permit) Route 67 between Suits Road and Klock Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to work for National Grid.

Town of St Johnsville: (Permit) Route 5 between Failing Ave and Church Street. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to work for National Grid.  

Town of St Johnsville: (Permit) Route 5 between Amway Drive and Snells Bush Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions due to work for National Grid.

Town of St Johnsville: (Permit) Route 5 between Old Route 5 and Vedder Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to work for National Grid.

City of Amsterdam: (Permit) Route 30 at the Montgomery/Fulton County line. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to work for National Grid. 

City of Amsterdam: (Permit) Route 5 between Forbes Street and Kline Street. Motorists will encounter shoulder closures due to sidewalk restoration work. 

Town of Glen: (Permit) Route 5S between Auriesville Road and Main Street. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to the I-90 bridge rehabilitation. 

FULTON COUNTY

City of Gloversville: (D#265416) Route 29A at Route 30A. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to signal, conduit, and multi sensor camera work. 

HAMILTON COUNTY

Town of Long Lake: (D#264867) Route 28 at the South Inlet of Raquette Lake. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to bridge work. 

Town of Indian Lake: (D#265571) Route 30 between Salmon Pond Road and Salmon River Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to curb, bridge rail and guiderail work. 

Hamlet of Blue Mountain Lake: (D#265570) Route 28 between Durant Road and O’Neil Flowage. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to the installation of a temporary bridge.  

Town of Lake Pleasant: (D#265544) Motorists will encounter workers placing message signs and temporary signals for the upcoming culvert replacement work.
