The City of Little Falls Municipal Golf Commission seeks qualified individuals/entities to lease and manage the clubhouse and concessions at our 9-hole municipal golf course for the 2026–2029 seasons (April–October). Responsibilities include pro-shop management, snack bar operations (food/alcohol, valid NYS ABC Liquor License required), marketing to boost golfer interest, and maintaining a welcoming environment. City retains membership/green fees; lessee owns carts (14 minimum), keeps cart revenue, all concession and event fees. Lessee is also provided free cart trail, cart storage and personal membership. Submit proposals with qualifications, management plan, financial projections, and optional revenue-sharing ideas. Application deadline is November 10, 2025. Email proposals to Kira M.
