Request for Proposal Property Clean Out Services

The Herkimer County Land Bank (“Land Bank”) invites the submission of bids for property clean-out services.  Services would include removing trash and other debris from the property (interior and exterior), hauling or disposal, basic interior cleaning, boarding up broken or missing windows and doors, installation of new locks as requested, and miscellaneous services needed to ensure the property is clean and safe. Selected contractors shall document work by completing and submitting with an invoice the Clean Out Activities and Details Form below. Bidders can request a walk-thru of any of the properties upon request and must be accompanied by a Land Bank representative.
