PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council of the City of Little Falls, New York, has adopted a resolution scheduling a Public Hearing to consider proposed Local Law #9 of 2026, which amends Administration and Enforcement of the NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building.
The Public Hearing will also address proposed Local Law #10 of 2026 Claims Against Fire Insurance Proceeds.
The Public Hearing shall be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 659 East Main Street, Little Falls, New York.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing regarding the proposed local laws.
In accordance with the resolution, the City Clerk shall cause this Notice to be published in the Times Telegram, the official newspaper of the City of Little Falls, at least five (5) days prior to the date of the Public Hearing.
