Next Meeting of The Compassionate Friends of the Mohawk Valley

The Compassionate Friends of the Mohawk Valley is an officially chartered local chapter of The Compassionate Friends (“TCF”), a national nonprofit organization which sponsors local support chapters and holds events to honor and recognize children who have passed away at any age and from any cause. https://www.compassionatefriends.org/

Our next meeting is scheduled for: Saturday April 25 from 1-2:15pm at The Good News Center, 10475 Cosby Manor Rd., Utica. (We will be in the Annex building, off to the right of the back parking lot). ***Please check our FaceBook page and your email for updates in case of inclement weather or emergencies.

All meetings are free, nondenominational and are open to any adults who have lost a child, sibling, or grandchild. Child loss is not something one “gets over”, and we want to make sure those whose loss may not be recent know that this will be a place they are welcome. If you would like to talk before attending a meeting, just let me know.

We appreciate your help in getting the word out about these meetings, and welcome anyone interested in actively assisting the chapter, especially in publicity/outreach efforts.
