Everyone is welcome to the Mohawk Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited’s monthly gathering on Thursday, September 10, at 6:30 PM at 69 Steakhouse. Our guest speaker will be author and fisherman, Rob Streeter, who will be discussing his new book, The Great Fly Fishing Road Trip, Finding the DIY Adventures of a Lifetime, along with sharing other interesting anecdotes.
In addition, there will be a show and tell at the meeting of macroinvertebrates collected from several area streams during the summer for the DEC WAVE (Water Assessment by Volunteer Evaluators) project.
Also, on September 3rd from 5-8 PM is the rescheduled Women’s Fly-Casting Clinic at the Paris Town Park pond in Sauquoit. If you are interested in attending, there’s still time to sign up for this fun and free event.
