Schenectady, N.Y.– Market 32 and Price Chopper are making this Halloween spooktacular with a chain-wide Trick-or-Treat Celebration. On Friday, October 31, from 4–6 p.m., all 129 locations in NY, MA, VT, CT, PA, and NH will welcome families to enjoy a mix of free treats and festive fun in a safe setting as the neighborhood grocer continues Market 32’s 10 Years Fresh anniversary celebrations.
Children can trick-or-treat throughout the store at candy stations in the fresh departments, guest services, and at all open registers, where teammates will be ready with plenty of goodies. Families will also enjoy free Halloween-themed cookies in the bakery and festive balloons in floral (both while supplies last!). To make things even more boo-tiful, guests of all ages are encouraged to dress up in tasteful, family-friendly costumes alongside teammates, who will be competing in a company-wide costume contest. Stores will also be decked out for the occasion, filling aisles with smiles.

Since Halloween is also one of the most popular pizza days of the year—and to help take the fright out of meal planning—Market 32 and Price Chopper are serving up deals that are scary good. All pizzas located in foodfare/deli are buy-one, get one free when purchased in-store (must be two heated or two ready-to-heat pies). Customers who order online can enjoy $5 off a pizza-and-wings combo—two corner-to-corner (square cut) cheese or one-topping pizzas paired with two pounds of wings (about 20 bone-in or 24 boneless) — for just $34.99.
