LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. — Molly Urich, a three-year varsity setter for the Little Falls High School girls volleyball team, has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue her academic and athletic career at SUNY Delhi.

A signing ceremony was held to celebrate Urich’s commitment to the Broncos, where she will play under head coach Beau Bracchy while pursuing a degree in criminal justice.

In his remarks at the event, Assistant Principal and Athletic Coordinator Adam Jodway praised Urich’s dedication and growth.

“Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you so much. We’re here to celebrate a tremendous accomplishment as Molly Urich signs to continue her academic and athletic career at SUNY Delhi and join the Broncos,” Jodway said. “Molly’s journey is a great example of what dedication and growth can look like. She’s a three-year varsity player, and she steadily developed into a leader on and off the court.”

Jodway highlighted Urich’s impressive statistics, noting her consistency and commitment over her high school career.

“Over her career, she’s recorded over 540 assists, along with 123 aces, 119 kills and a serve percentage of over 91%,” he continued. “Those numbers not only speak for her skills, but her consistency and commitment to getting better in progress over time.”

“What stands out even more than her statistics is that when she competes, she supports her teammates and represents our program in Little Falls with pride. She’s been an integral part of our team’s success, and a role model for younger athletes, and JV players coming up have looked up to her.”

Jodway concluded by expressing confidence in Urich’s future: “Molly, your hard work has earned you this opportunity, and we’re confident that you will continue to do great things at SUNY Delhi. We’re super proud of you and can’t wait to see what you do next. Congratulations.”

Urich, a senior setter (Class of 2026), shared her excitement about choosing SUNY Delhi and explained what drew her to the program and the school’s smaller environment.

“I chose SUNY Delhi because it’s a small environment, and I like a smaller, tight-knit school,” Urich said. “And coach Bracchy’s a really good person, and he really made me just fall in love with the school and the program. I considered other schools, not for volleyball, just to go in general, but this is the only one I really considered for volleyball.”

When asked about her intended major, Urich said she plans to study criminal justice with the long-term goal of becoming a special agent with the FBI.

“I want to eventually go into the FBI and be a special agent,” she explained. When asked what sparked her interest, she added, “From a young age, my mom and I really liked to watch crime shows and stuff like that. And it just really got me interested in it, and I’ve always kind of just felt like it was what I was meant to do.”

Urich’s high school stats reflect her strong play as a setter and contributor on offense and serve. Local reports from her senior season noted strong assist totals, including one game with 15 assists and a season-ending mark approaching or exceeding 579 assists according to team social media mentions.

Her commitment adds another local talent to the SUNY Delhi women’s volleyball program, which competes in NCAA Division III. Coach Beau Bracchy, entering his 21st season with the Broncos, is known for developing players in a supportive environment.

Congratulations to Molly Urich on this next chapter—best wishes for success both on the court and in the classroom at SUNY Delhi!
