The Little Falls Urban Renewal Agency (LFURA) is seeking one or more qualified Real Estate Professionals/Appraisers interested in completing an “After Rehab Value Assessment” of each single-family home that is eligible for housing rehabilitation assistance provided by the LFURAthrough its current federally funded Housing Improvement Program. This requested service does not necessarily require a NYS License, although such credentials (or similar certifications and related real estate valuation training and skills) may be useful in demonstrating qualifications to provide the After Rehab Value Assessment for each home selected for rehabilitation funding.
A written Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained by emailing Jacob Manning at the Little Falls Urban Renewal Agency, at jmanning@cityoflittlefalls.net or calling (315) 574-5249. Proposals must be received at the URA Office in City Hall by 2:00 PM on April 16, 2026.
Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), and HUD Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
