The Little Falls Urban Renewal Agency (LFURA) is seeking proposals from qualified housing and community development Consultants who can assist the LFURA with services required forgrant setup, organization, project delivery, grant administration, and related site-specific environmental review activities for a community-wide housing rehabilitation program funded through a 2025 NYS HOME Program Grant awarded to the City of Little Falls and administered by NYS Homes and Community Renewal.
A written Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained by emailing Jacob Manning at the Little Falls Urban Renewal Agency, at jmanning@cityoflittlefalls.net or calling (315) 574-5249.Proposals must be received at the URA Office in City Hall by 2:00 PM on April 16, 2026.
Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), and HUD Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
