Students in the SOAR program at Dolgeville Central School turned a simple bake sale idea into a heartfelt success, raising $650 through persistent planning and teamwork.

After voting to support animal welfare, they chose to donate the funds to the Herkimer County Humane Society.

In their own words: “We never gave up, we made this idea shine… We hope that kindness can spread even farther than what we did and that kindness can rule the world.”

With kindness, DCS SOAR.
