City of Little Falls – Yard Waste – 2026 Schedule

The Department of Public Works will begin yard waste pickup for 2026 on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. The pickup is scheduled thereafter on the 2nd TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH ONLY. Yard waste will be picked up on the SCHEDULED TUESDAYS ONLY. The program will run from April to October.

RULES FOR PICKUP:

1. Yard waste will be left in front of the house, NOT IN THE ROAD.
2. Yard waste means grass, leaves, and twigs.
3. Twigs must be bundled and no longer than 5’.
4. NO plastic pots or garden containers will be picked up.
5. NO more than 3’x3’x3’ of yard waste will be picked up per house.

RULES FOR YARD WASTE DISPOSAL AT CITY GARAGE:

1. Yard waste from property in the City may be brought to the City Garage on Loomis Street by RESIDENTS ONLY – Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
2. No plastic bags or containers will be accepted.
3. Branches must be bundled and no longer than 5’ in length.
