NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Little Falls, NY that the Public hearing shall be scheduled and held on September 2, 2025 at 6:30pm at City Hall, Little Falls, NY to hear all interested parties on Local Law #10 Establishing a uniform schedule of fees for Codes Department Permit Fees for Inspection. The City Clerk shall duly advertise Notice of the Public Hearing in the Times Telegram and the Daily Post, the official newspapers of the City on at least five (5) days before said hearing. This resolution shall take effect upon passing hereof by the Common Council.
