CITY OF LITTLE FALLS, NEW YORK
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
STREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE SERVICES (TWO-YEAR CONTRACT)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Little Falls, New York, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms for Streetlight Maintenance Services (Two-Year Contract).

Proposal documents may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk, City of Little Falls, 659 East Main Street, Little Falls, New York 13365, by phone at (315) 574-5246, by email at kmiller@cityoflittlefalls.net, or during normal business hours.

Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. on August 24, 2026.

The City seeks a contractor capable of providing routine maintenance, non-routine repairs, emergency response, outage investigation and restoration, utility pole transfer coordination, asset monitoring support, work-order administration, and related services necessary to maintain the City’s municipally owned streetlight system.

This contract is intended to be treated as a public works contract. Prevailing wage compliance shall be required, and proposers and the selected contractor shall be responsible for all applicable New York State public work, contractor registration, and certified payroll requirements.

Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing by 4:00 p.m. on August 14, 2026. Responses and any addenda will be issued by August 18, 2026.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive minor informalities to the extent permitted by law, issue addenda, cancel this solicitation, and select the proposal determined to be most advantageous to the City, considering qualifications, technical approach, response capability, administrative capacity, and price, in the best interests of the City and in accordance with applicable law.
