Herkimer, NY – Arc Herkimer is putting a new twist on a signature fundraising tradition with Black Tie, Reimagined, an immersive evening of experiences, entertainment, and impact taking place Saturday, October 3, 5:00 pm, at the Fort Schuyler Club, Utica.
Guests can choose between two event experiences: the Cocktail Party, priced at $95 per person, or Premier Access, priced at $195 per person.
The Cocktail Party transforms the Fort Schuyler Club into four immersive experiences, each offering something new to discover. Guests can sip, taste, explore, and connect while enjoying live music, original art, storytelling, bourbon tasting, handcrafted cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, more than 25 exclusive raffle collections, and mystery envelopes filled with surprises ranging from gift certificates to experiences.
Premier Access includes the full Cocktail Party experience followed by a chef-designed multi-course dinner with signature wine pairings, exciting live auction opportunities, an exclusive after-party, and the presentation of Arc Herkimer’s “Life, Reimagined Award.”
This year’s award will recognize Edwin “Teddy” Ratcliffe, whose journey through Arc Herkimer programs has included prevocational services, internships, and employment. Ratcliffe’s progression toward greater independence in the workplace represents the opportunities this fundraiser helps make possible for people with disabilities throughout the community.
Black tie attire is encouraged, but guests are invited to interpret it with personality and creativity. This year’s approach: Sophisticated. Stylish. Slightly Unexpected.
