AmeriCU Credit Union Earns Top New York State Rankings for Mortgage and Home Equity Lending

ROME, NY – AmeriCU Credit Union has been recognized among the top-performing credit union mortgage teams by American Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA), ranking 7th for mortgage production and 12th for home equity loans and home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) in New York State.

ACUMA’s Mortgage Originators List recognizes top-performing credit union mortgage lending teams on both the national and state levels. The rankings reflect AmeriCU’s 2025 lending activity, during which the credit union closed 883 mortgage loans and 1,387 home equity loans and HELOCs, helping more than 2,200 families achieve their goals of homeownership, refinancing their existing homes, or accessing the equity they have built to support their next big project.
